Born and raised in Central Arkansas, Linda Barkley grew up in Conway and has proudly called the Cabot area home for the past 12 years. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Central Arkansas and brings both dedication and attention to detail to every client she serves.

Linda joined the real estate industry in 2024 and we are excited to welcome her to PorchLight Realty and The Perkins Group as Transaction Coordinator! Her behind-the-scenes experience gives her a strong understanding of the home buying and selling process from contract to closing. She especially loves helping first-time homebuyers feel informed, confident, and excited throughout every step of their journey.

Linda married her husband, David, in 2021, and together they share a love for motorsports and racing — both virtually and on the track! They are also proud cat parents to Leo, Lily, and Rafie.

Born and raised in Central Arkansas, Gretchen is proud to call this community home. Alongside her husband, Daniel, she has owned and operated a local business for more than 17 years, building lasting relationships through service, trust, and genuine connection.

Family is at the heart of everything Gretchen does. Their son Devin is a junior at UCA, while son Morgan and daughter-in-law, Blakely, proudly call NLR home. As a new empty nester, Gretchen is embracing this exciting new chapter while continuing to grow both personally and professionally.

Gretchen is also the author of a book on networking, inspired by her passion for helping people connect and build meaningful relationships—something she brings into every client experience.
