This is a big one for California buyers. A new measure on the November ballot is focused on making homeownership more attainable, think 3% down options, lower interest loans, and a push to build more homes. If it passes, it could help a lot of middle-class buyers who feel stuck on the sidelines right now. Definitely something I’ll be keeping an eye on.

Sometimes life hands you a moment that just makes you smile… like this one of my nieces son Bray, one of the coolest little dudes on the planet, casually serving looks with a rose in his mouth. 🌹😄 I got to spend some time with him and the family up in Washington recently, and I snapped this picture on one of those perfect, ordinary days.

And honestly, this is what life is really about, these tiny, unexpected reminders of joy.

Embrace the good, the bad, and the downright messy because all of it is something to be thankful for. The glass is half full and it’s half empty…..that’s real life. What matters most is the fact that you’re still holding the glass.

This year reminded me that gratitude isn’t just about the wins… it’s about the challenges that stretch you, humble you, and shape you into someone stronger.

I have so much to be grateful for ….an incredible year personally and professionally , our family is growing, and John and I have kids who are out in the world making their mark (and making us proud). And yes, we’ve had our struggles too. But those moments teach you how to pivot , grow, and see life with a little more clarity.

We all carry two versions of our story: the one where life happened to us… and the one where life happened for us.
This year, I’m choosing the second one.
