PCC is proud to be the entitlement and permitting firm for the Stanley Burke project, which has recently been named the recipient of two of the most significant restoration awards given to projects in California.
The Los Angeles Conservancy is giving the project its 2026 Preservation Award at an awards ceremony later this month in mid-Wilshire. This recognition highlights our efforts to preserve and revitalize the Googie-style diner, honoring its history while adapting it for continued community use.
In early May, the California Preservation Foundation will award our project its “Trustee’s Award for Excellence,” which recognizes “extraordinary, precedent-setting preservation achievements that transcend standard categories. This prestigious honor celebrates projects or initiatives demonstrating visionary leadership, transformative impact, and exemplary adherence to preservation principles while serving broader societal goals.”
