So many firsts. So many new beginnings. And SO many blessings packed into just a few short weeks. ❤️🏡👶

I first met this buyer when he was in town for just a few days, hoping to find a home for his growing family. We had showings lined up and a plan in place… and then his wife went into labor with their FIRST baby! Needless to say, we canceled everything so he could get back to where he really needed to be. ❤️

Just 12 days later, they were back, this time house hunting together and with the sweetest little new addition in tow. I was so lucky to get to meet their brand new bundle of joy while helping them search for another big first… their FIRST HOME!

New to the area. New parents. First-time homeowners. And now, very soon, they’ll be settling into an amazing new home where so many more “firsts” are waiting for them.

First holidays. First birthdays. First steps. First backyard memories. 🥹

August called… apparently it wanted ALL the closings at once. 😂🏡

We are rolling into September with some BIG energy and a serious social media backlog because August was BUSY! This is just one of several closings I’m finally getting around to sharing.

These sellers officially said goodbye to this home and moved on to their next chapter in a MUCH bigger one! More space, a fresh start, and another move successfully in the books. 🙌

Congratulations to my buyers! 🏡❤️

I’ve been working with this awesome family for quite some time, trying to find the house that checked all of their boxes. They were patient, they didn’t settle, and then this one came along. I knew right away it was everything they had been looking for!

And that pool couldn’t have come at a better time. ☀️We still have plenty of summer left for them to enjoy the outdoors, make some memories, and start settling into this wonderful property.

After months of searching, a few offers that weren’t meant to be, and some very interesting plot twists right before settlement 👀… these incredibly patient buyers are FINALLY CLOSED!

We’ll leave the details to the imagination. 😏

But the ending? They got the house. 🔑🏡🎉
