Progress continues on this custom home on acreage. Now we just need some good weather to paint.

Finished the retaining wall. Fun and rewarding, but definitely ready to move on to the next project. Siding started and concrete slab coming soon. Can't wait to start grading for the house site. Next week!

Next project underway. This will be a beautiful property. 7.5 acres. 2700 sq ft 4 bed 2.5 bath house with 2 bay attached carport. Wrap around porch with hot tub. 24x58 detached high bay shop. Beautiful curving driveway thru big trees. Post lights lining driveway and a nice entry gate.

Day of Application to Island County for a single family residence new construction build. Some of these stacks of paperwork are 71sheets deep. This Application process really is out of hand and could be more streamlined. Crossing my fingers that they accept my Application so I can start sitting in line.
