King County

* Inventory continues to climb, giving buyers more choices than they had this spring.
* Homes are taking slightly longer to sell, giving buyers more negotiating power.
* Median home prices remain strong overall, around $887,000, with modest year-over-year appreciation.

Snohomish County

* Inventory is up nearly 37% from a year ago.
* Pending sales are up over 14%, showing buyers are still active despite increased choices.
* Closed sales have also increased, indicating a healthy, balanced market.
* Median sale prices remain in the mid-$750,000 range.

Skagit County

* Inventory has grown significantly compared with last year, creating more opportunities for buyers.
* Home prices have remained relatively stable, with only a slight year-over-year change.
