This opportunity is a little different. We are not recruiting to get desk fees or to cover our overhead. We are not a lead generation company, we do not promote cold calling, and we do not promise unrealistic income. We understand that the market is slow right now and that good brokers are looking for a collaborative option that might make them stand out. We are looking for one or two people who are a good fit with our office culture – professionalism, hard work, and a bit of fun too. Quite frankly, if we receive twenty applicants who could generate commission income for the company, we would only hire one or two who fit with our culture.
One of the advantages of our group is that our Designated Broker, who is an attorney with more than 40 years of experience, is available to actually go to one of your listing appointments – and not ask for a commission share. This role allows for a flexible schedule, the opportunity to earn some commissions or hourly wages from company procured listings, and the professional support to grow your own business.
We are looking for someone who excels at providing high-quality operational, administrative, and field support. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of real estate experience and have completed a minimum of 20-25 transactions in Washington state, possess a deep knowledge of Washington State real estate rules, market dynamics, and transactional compliance, combined with a strong work ethic and excellent interpersonal communication skills. Experience in the construction industry is preferred.

For broker procured clients, Bellmark Real Estate offers a 90 / 10 commission split. For company procured clients, Bellmark Real Estate offers hourly compensation plus a closing bonus. There are no desk fees, file fees, transaction fees, or other company fees.
This position offers a flexible work schedule with the ability to earn extra monthly income from company procured listings while still conducting your own real estate business.
