CANTON, MI, WE ARE HERE! Let's give a HUGE round of applause to Bryan and Jackie for purchasing their FIRST HOME together. I’d like to give a big shoutout to Dillon and Fadi over at Best Rate for making the mortgage process a piece of cake for our awesome buyers and myself. And let's not forget about Petra Title Agency for always making the closing process silky smooth and answering my never-ending stream of emails and question. We also can't forget the sellers, who put in so much hard work during this process.
And guess what? Bryan and Jackie are the FIRST to close at the Amin Realty Canton Office.
Story time…
Back in February, when Jackie and Bryan started their home search, I told them it would take a lot of patience to find the perfect place to call home. Little did they know, we'd be scouting out over 70 houses before we found the one that was just right for them. But, hey, that's what it takes when it comes to such a big investment in life. We were on the phone at all hours of the day and night and texting before the sun even came up, making sure every detail was perfect.
We found the perfect home AND got the seller to accept an offer BELOW the listed price AND threw in some seller concessions that went towards closing costs.
MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!
I am so thrilled to have been a part of this journey with Bryan and Jackie, and I hope I was able to share some of my knowledge with them because I learned just as much from them! This is just the beginning!
