The April Superlatives for the southwest region of EXIT Realty were released, recognizing the Top 100 agents across our company in Texas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, and Tennessee. One of my favorite things about April’s list is seeing my mentor, Meagan, recognized for the incredible agent and leader she is.

It’s an honor to come in right behind her and a testament to her investment in not only my business but in me as a person. Meagan has always been the kind of leader who leads from the front. She shares her knowledge, encourages others, and is always willing to help when someone needs guidance. So much of what I’ve been able to accomplish is because of people like her who are willing to invest their time and energy into helping others grow.

And here we are at the end of May, closing out a record-breaking month for our business.

The funny thing about real estate is that it can make you feel like you’re on top of the world one minute, and fighting your way through the trenches the next. Most people in this industry know exactly what I mean.

What’s crazy is looking back to this same time last year when we were deep in those trenches working our asses off for little return, questioning things, and trusting that all the effort would eventually pay off. There were days when the wins felt few and far between, but we kept showing up anyway.

This month is proof that seasons change. The hard work, the long days, the sacrifices, the faith, and the consistency all add up. It doesn’t seem like much in the moment but brick by brick it builds.

We’re incredibly grateful for every client who trusted us, every referral sent our way, and every broker, mentor, and colleague that have contributed to our success behind the scenes. This business will humble you, stretch you, and challenge you, but moments like this remind us why we love what we do and reassure that we are right where we are supposed to be.

Lastly, I know most people think I’m the driver of this bus but I could not do everything I do without Paten next to me encouraging me, helping me with the business, and being my #1 support in all aspects of life. I’m truly grateful to be rocking this thing with the realest one I know❤️
