RESIDENT NOTICE: FALL PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE

Maintenance Dates: Monday, October 26 – Friday, October 30

Dear Residents,

It’s that time of year again! 🍂 Our Fall Preventative Maintenance will take place from October 26 through October 30. During this time, our maintenance team will enter apartments to complete the following preventative maintenance tasks:

Furnace filter replacement

Smoke detector and carbon monoxide (CO) detector inspections

Bathroom vent inspections

HOW TO PREPARE FOR MAINTENANCE

To help our team complete this work efficiently, please ensure the following requirements are met before your scheduled maintenance visit:

1. CLEAR THE FURNACE CLOSET

Remove ALL items from in front of and around your furnace closet to provide our maintenance team with clear access.

2. PROVIDE ACCESS TO SMOKE DETECTORS

Please ensure our maintenance team has access to all rooms containing smoke detectors. Alternatively, you may place your smoke detectors out for inspection, if applicable and as permitted by management.

3. SECURE ALL PETS

For the safety of your pets and our maintenance staff, ALL PETS MUST BE CRATED OR SECURED IN A BACK BEDROOM while maintenance is being performed.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE

Failure to comply with the preparation requirements, including clearing the furnace closet, providing access to required vents and detectors, and properly securing pets, may result in a $75 fine being added to your account

Please plan accordingly. There will be NO rescheduled or make-up dates.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained community for everyone.
