📍 2591 W. Towne St, Ann Arbor | $395,000

This unique condo came with its share of challenges in a difficult market, including an unexpected financing complication related to a new Fannie Mae guideline. I worked through the issue with the parties involved, kept the transaction moving, and ultimately got it across the finish line. 🔑

📍 50388 Hedgewood Dr, Canton | $725,000

As a newer construction home only a few years old, Hedgewood was positioned at the top of the market for its square footage. Strategic positioning helped secure a solid buyer at a fair market price and another successful closing. 🎉

Well, the cat’s out of the bag! 🐈

After five years as an independent broker, I’ve decided to make a big move and join Atproperties Christie’s International Real Estate in Ann Arbor!

I wasn’t actively looking to make a change, but every once in a while, an opportunity comes along that makes you reconsider what’s possible. I found a brokerage that not only aligns with my values and vision for the future, but also offers incredible resources and opportunities to elevate the experience I provide my clients.

And I have to say, I’m absolutely LOVING my new signs! 😍

I’m incredibly honored to share that I’ve been appointed to the 2027 National Association of REALTORS® Housing Opportunities Committee! 🎉

This marks my first national leadership appointment, and I couldn’t be more excited to represent Michigan and contribute to conversations shaping the future of homeownership across the country.

Housing opportunity is about more than affordability. It’s about removing barriers, expanding access to resources, and helping more people turn the dream of homeownership into reality.

At the national level, I’ll be working alongside REALTORS® from across the country to evaluate housing initiatives, explore new solutions, and strengthen programs that support buyers, communities, and housing accessibility.

As both a REALTOR® and loan officer, I see firsthand where opportunities exist and where challenges remain. I’m excited to bring those real-world perspectives to the national table and help turn ideas into meaningful action.
