I received this text from one of the 1st-time homebuyers I am working with. For many, it is hard to believe you can achieve an increase of 100+ points on your credit report in just 3 weeks!

I have helped people accomplish similar results for decades! What makes me different? I know how credit scores are calculated, how to negotiate and remove bad debts, how additional positive tradelines impact a mortgage approval, and exactly what it takes to get a solid pre-approval to approval!

"Credit Repair" companies will take your money monthly and never be able to explain specifically how to get approved for a specific financing option.

I am a credit expert! Don't take generic advice from anyone who is not, or you will pay for it later! The bank told them this would take over 12 months (because they don't have a clue)

If someone tells you to get a "starter" credit card, RUN! That's the single worst advice given by people who don't comprehend how detrimental a small balance CC can be to your scores.
