-A smartphone to operate our housekeeping system

Hablamos Español. We’re a vacation rental company in Cape Coral, FL. We are looking to fill an open part-time position for a Maintenance Technician. Candidates must have a minimum of one year of experience. While this position is considered part-time, you may have the opportunity to obtain full-time employment based on your skillset.

Job duties include:
• Appliance troubleshooting
• Light plumbing
• Basic electrical knowledge
• Basic HVAC repair
• Paint, clean, and troubleshoot repairs inside homes.
• Drywall, and basic carpentry skills
• Complete maintenance tasks and projects, traveling between multiple worksites each day.
