¡Atención colegas! Acabo de subir un video sobre el tema de comisiones que todos discuten. Lo curioso es que cuando intentamos subir la comisión, enseguida sale la amenaza de demanda. Pero cuando la bajan, nadie menciona nada. Ojo: la demanda que tuvo la NAR fue porque el vendedor y comprador deben estar informados y conscientes de la comisión, no porque las comisiones sean fijas. En Florida, todo es negociable: desde la comisión, el precio de venta, hasta el título. ¡No se olviden de eso!
