Lower interest rates are definitely heating up the market.

But more importantly than just lower interest rates, is the fact that we have seen some good duration in a lower interest rate range over the last several months.

In addition, we have seen a steady decline in interest rates since the peak back in October of 2023 of almost 8%.

On top of that, you can now lock in a high 5% interest rate and negotiate to get the seller to buy your interest rate down to potentially the low 5% range and shave off hundreds of dollars a month on your monthly mortgage payment, or thousands depending on what your mortgage looks like.

Interest rates dropped to 5️⃣.9️⃣9️⃣% over the past weeks.

Already we have seen buyer activity pick up significantly and we are quickly going to see a very competitive and very busy spring market.
