Final Walkthrough Before Staging Removal: How Professional Staging Helped Us Net the Seller’s Desired Price.

We talk about our final walkthrough before the staging company picks up the furniture from our Arrowwood community listing. We staged the home beautifully to stand out against five similar houses in the neighborhood. In today’s market, professional staging makes a huge difference in how buyers feel when they walk in. We negotiated a great price for our sellers and even eliminated the buyer’s agent commission for this particular buyer, netting the seller exactly what they wanted. The home closes next week, and we’re moving on to the next one.
