The worst real estate advice in North County San Diego & Oceanside sounds right until it costs you money.
I hear the same myths regularly...whether from clients, DMs, or from people repeating something they read online without checking if it actually held up.
Some of these are harmless. Others have cost people tens of thousands or set their plans back by months.
I'd rather be the agent who gives you the honest answer now than the one who stays quiet and lets you learn it the hard way.

Inspired by the greatest rom-com of our time.

Most people going into a real estate transaction already know the basics.

But there are a few that catch people off guard...

Opening a new credit card or furnishing your new living room before closing can actually flag your loan and put the whole deal at risk.

A job change, even a good one, can do the same thing.

And going in with a low offer "just to see" often just signals to the seller that you're not serious.

The good news: all of this is avoidable with the right guidance going in.

A quick note from my heart: this weekend is more than just the start of summer. Memorial Day is a chance to honor the men and women who gave their lives serving this country.

Most homeowners in Oceanside & North County San Diego, obsess over the listing price but overlook the clock that starts ticking once their home goes "live."

I've watched it happen many times...

Who says the holidays are not a good time to sell or buy a home? Not me!
SOLD in 7 days for $10k over asking price!
Goes to show, that well maintained, lovely homes are selling fast and for top dollar! My seller client took great care of his home, I staged it for the market, and I am so happy that my client is now moved on to his retirement dream plans, and that the buyers are truly happy to be in their new home for the holidays!
