After 10 amazing years helping people buy and sell homes, I’m stepping into an exciting new chapter as Associate Sales Manager for Compass in our Carlsbad office 🖤🤍🖤

Well… I did a thing

After many months of study, practice tests, and moments of “why am I doing this again?” 🤪

I officially have my Broker’s license!!

Feeling proud, very thankful, and still very much the same human who loves helping people navigate big life moves. Just with a little more knowledge in my tool belt. 😉

My 6-year-old granddaughter went to the school library and checked out a book on U.S. Presidents. 🇺🇸
Not unicorns 🦄 . Not 🐶 . Presidents!!! 😳

She now wants me as her full-time historian and expects commentary on each one — before kindergarten drop-off, with coffee still in hand. ☕️

So… friends, family, colleagues:
any tips on how to survive a political interview panel run by a 6-year-old?
Do I prepare flashcards? A PowerPoint? 😂

I can’t tell if I should be nervous… or start campaigning early. 🤣
