Our nomination highlights our ongoing partnership with Firefly Children & Family Alliance, which has grown into a year-round commitment to giving back beyond the communities we manage.

Through this partnership, BAM team members volunteer at events, organize donation drives, participate in fundraising efforts, support holiday and summer activities, and lend their time and talents to hands-on projects that benefit children and families across Indiana.

In 2026, our team has contributed 317 volunteer hours and donated 13,492 items to support Firefly’s work. A 14-member planning committee also helps coordinate opportunities throughout the year, creating more ways for employees across BAM to get involved.

From financial support to volunteer time, donations, and hands-on service, this partnership reflects the many ways our team comes together to make an impact beyond our own communities.
