4. Housing market inventory gives buyers “more” leverage...
As of 12/18/2025 – 7,171 properties are for sale in – with inventory up, buyers are seeing some leverage within the market (that being said, we’re still seeing multiple offers in rare cases of homes with perfect condition and pricing) and “more” is a relative term 😉.
5. and community partners released updated 2025 data showing a reduction in homicides and an increase in clearance rates, a sign of progress in public safety efforts in Indianapolis. (WRTV Indianapolis)

7. New HVAC Partnership– thanks to recent clients of mine, I have found a new referral partner when it comes to HVAC work – He shares similar beliefs about how he works, transparency in pricing, and “taking care of the customer” and I am grateful for this new connection.
8. A recent client of mine saved thousands of dollars and an unnecessary torn up front yard by simply getting the right contractor (shout out Tammy and R&S Sewer) to diagnose a “problem” – a gentle reminder to always CALL ME FIRST 😉.
9. “The best way to predict the future is to create it.” – Peter Drucker
10. Optimism IS a strategy. If you ever want to talk about the Central Indiana market, I’m always happy to help.
