Lauth develops and constructs commercial facilities including office, industrial, healthcare, retail and multi-use from its headquarters in Carmel, Indiana. We wrapped up April by bringing Lauth together for our Spring All Company Meeting at Apex at Perry Crossing.

With more than 80 team members from LGI, Integrated Facility Services, LLC, and Lauth Communities in attendance, it was a relaxed spring afternoon spent celebrating, sharing updates, and enjoying some time together away from the normal day-to-day.

Grateful for everyone who made it out and for the continued growth happening across our organization!

We’re excited to announce the successful sale of 70 Connect II, a 554,228 SF Class A industrial distribution facility in Mt. Comfort, Indiana, to Hillwood.

Completed in 2022 and fully leased during construction, this project showcases a thoughtful, end-to-end approach from development through lease-up to ex*****on of the sale. The result was a strong outcome for our investors, including TwoPointO Capital, LLC, and highlights the strength of our platform in today’s market.

Big thanks to Alex Cantu, Alex Davenport, and the Colliers Capital Markets | U.S. and Colliers Industrial | U.S. teams along with leasing professionals Cam Kucic, SIOR and Korey Ryan, SIOR for helping bring this across the finish line.

🚨 Big news at Thunderbird Commerce Center 🚨

Lauth Group, Inc. has secured a full‑building lease for our newly constructed 258,336 square foot Class A industrial facility, reinforcing Indianapolis as a leading hub for advanced manufacturing and logistics.

We are proud to welcome Dandy, a fast growing dental technology company, which has chosen Indianapolis as a key location in its expanding production and fulfillment network. Occupancy is expected in Q2 2026.

The project is expected to create more than 100 skilled jobs and includes significant investment in advanced manufacturing and digital production.

Thanks to Grant Lindley, SIOR, CCIM & Charles Evans who represented Dandy in the transaction. Likewise, thanks to the support and collaboration of Jacob Siegelbaum, CSCP, Alexandre Wedmore, Carlos Vilorio, and Mike Taylor from the Dandy team.

As a Conexus Indiana partner, Lauth remains committed to supporting Indiana’s manufacturing and logistics ecosystem. We are also breaking ground this month on our second speculative building at Thunderbird with delivery targeted for Q4 2026.
