It was so much fun helping our friends’ parents find the perfect place to call home in Cicero! After touring just a few properties, they knew they were ready to make a move… and we found a great one!

Soon they’ll be close to Morse Reservoir, just down the road from family, and beginning an exciting new chapter here in Indiana.

The only thing I’m sad about on closing day is that I don’t get to see these clients as often anymore!

Some clients just have a way of becoming friends, and these two are definitely that. From Texas to Indiana, it has been such a joy helping them through this move and getting to know them along the way. I’m so grateful they trusted me to be part of such a big transition.

This closing will stay with me for a long time.

Today, I had the privilege of representing a seller who called this beautiful East Carmel home home for nearly 48 years. Think about that for a moment…almost five decades of birthdays, holidays, quiet mornings, family dinners, and life’s biggest milestones, all within these walls.

Watching him hand the keys to the new owners was a reminder that a home is so much more than four walls and a roof. It’s where memories are made, traditions begin, and chapters of life unfold.

It was truly an honor to represent such an incredible seller through this transition. Wishing him all the best in his next chapter, and congratulations to the new owners as they begin making memories of their own.
