TUESDAY TIP for Home Buyers: Prioritizing Needs and Wants

1. Create two separate lists:

Needs = things you cannot comfortably live without (ie: number of bedrooms, commute time, school district)

Wants = features that would be nice to have (ie: updated kitchen, finished basement, large backyard)

2. Rank the Needs

Choose your top 3–5 non-negotiables. Not every "need" carries the same weight.
