Congratulations are in order for Salma and Jacob! 🏡✨

Last Friday, they officially signed the papers and closed on their very first home! From the initial search, to submitting an offer, to sitting at the closing table, they knew exactly what they wanted, where they wanted it, and the timeline they hoped to make happen. And we did just that!

Now they’ve already spent their first weekend living the dream in their beautiful new home, and I know those evening walks with their pup are just the beginning of all the sweet memories the Bogar’s will make there.

Helping first-time home buyers turn a dream into reality is one of the greatest honors of this job, and I am so thankful they trusted me to be part of such a special season.

Closing day for Lakyn + Evan 🏡✨

Today they stepped into a brand new chapter of life called homeownership — and that deserves a big congratulations. I’m so incredibly excited for them and all the memories that will be made within the walls of their new home.

When we first started looking, they were navigating the frustrations of renting and dealing with mold issues in their apartment that were causing some concerning health problems. YUCK. 🤢 Their landlords weren’t willing to fix the issue, so they decided to take matters into their own hands and buy a whole dang house.

Now, instead of paying into someone else’s future, they’ll be building equity in their own. 👏

After putting an offer in on another home that didn’t work out, the home they closed on today hit the market — and we moved fast with an offer the very same day. That’s the value of having an agent who stays ready and acts quickly when the right one comes along.

This story has a happy ending… but really, it’s just the beginning.

Funny enough, we had put an offer on another great home just a week before this one. It was tough to miss out, but I reminded them the right house would come along — and it did.

I truly couldn’t imagine a more perfect first home for this couple. So thankful for their trust and excited to watch them grow and make memories here.

Pinch me moment yesterday seeing my new real estate banner up at 24 - Twentyfour/ Elite 24Hr Gym in Carthage, MO.

It’s a little surreal (and honestly a little outside my comfort zone) to see a giant photo of myself hanging on a wall… but I’m so excited for what God has in store for the future of my real estate journey.

Helping clients walk confidently through what can be a stressful and emotional process is something I’m deeply passionate about. Buying or selling a home is a big deal and I don’t take your trust lightly.

The 3rd Annual St. Patrick’s Day 5K is happening Saturday, March 14th in Downtown Joplin, and it’s truly one of my favorite community events of the year.

This race benefits Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Four States, helping provide a home away from home for families with seriously ill children — and every dollar raised stays right here in our community. 💛

Registration is FREE (donations are highly encouraged!), and whether you walk, jog, or run, it’s such a fun and accessible way to connect with friends, meet new faces, and celebrate the heart of Joplin.
