This is Ransom and he has been waiting to find his perfect home for over 800 days! That's too long for this handsome looking guy.

Ransom is available through our Foster-to-Adopt program. It’s a chance to bring him home, give him time to settle in, and discover what a wonderful companion he can be.

This sweet 4-year-old is shy at first, but once he feels comfortable, he’s an affectionate cuddlebug who loves laps, couch snuggles, feather toys, face smooches, and getting brushed.

Ransom would thrive as an only cat in a quieter home. He has feline asthma and anxiety that are well managed with medication, plus a special urinary-health diet. He’s incredibly cooperative with his care.

Maybe you’re the person who sees Ransom and thinks, “I can do this. I can give this boy his forever home.”

Do you want to know more about our Foster to Adopt program? Visit our website and you can read all of the details. It's a great way to give the cats a chance to find the perfect fit! See a link in the comments or in bio.

Dreaming of a fresh start in North Carolina? 🏡🌄 Let’s talk about 5 neighborhoods worth a closer look if you’re relocating:

1️⃣ Cary – Consistently rated as one of the best places to live. Top schools, plenty of parks, and a smooth commute to Raleigh and RTP.

2️⃣ Apex – Storybook downtown, family events, and strong schools. Perfect if you want small-town charm plus big-city access.

3️⃣ Holly Springs – Newer master-planned communities, community pools, sports, and easy routes to Raleigh and major employers.

4️⃣ North Hills (Raleigh) – Walkable shopping, dining, and entertainment with quick access to downtown and multiple school choices.

5️⃣ Wake Forest – More home for your budget, tree-lined streets, and a relaxed pace within driving distance of big employment centers.

When I work with relocating buyers, we match neighborhoods to your lifestyle: school needs, commute time, outdoor activities, and long-term value for your budget. 📊💬

Your dream home should feel calm the moment you walk in—and color is a big part of that. 🎨

For first-time buyers, soft neutrals (warm whites, greige) make rooms feel bigger and move‑in ready. Moving up buyers often love deeper accent colors—think navy or forest green—to add a sense of “next chapter” sophistication.

Relocating from out of state? Use light, consistent wall colors throughout to create flow while you settle into a new city.

Simple rule: calm walls, color in your pillows, art, and rugs. Easy to love, easy to change. ✨

Cary buyers, don’t wait for the “perfect” moment — the best homes still get attention fast. 🏡

First-time buyers: get fully underwritten before touring so you can move with confidence when the right Cary home appears.

Moving up? Start with your sale strategy first, because strong prep can help you avoid feeling rushed on your next purchase.

Relocating to Cary? Focus on commute, school zones, and neighborhood lifestyle early so your short list is ready before you land.

Buyer tip: tour homes as soon as they hit your criteria, and compare total monthly payment — not just list price.

Seller tip: buyers are value-conscious, so pricing, presentation, and clean condition matter from day one.

Tiny space, big impact. The way you stage a small room can add huge perceived square footage. ✨

Think light walls, one standout piece (like a statement chair), and hidden storage instead of bulky dressers. Keep pathways clear so buyers can “flow” through the room.

Less furniture, more function = faster offers.
