Happy to announce another successful closing for a great client and his family! 👏
I was honored to help out Josh and his sister Joni who were selling their mother's home as she transitioned into a different living arrangement.

This home was well taken care of, but had been smoked in for a long time so it took some work, and knowing the right vendor partners, to get it cleaned out, repainted, and new carpets put in to where we were no longer getting the "smoke-smell" feedback.
