I wasn't expecting this.

Just a few minutes from the neighborhood, I found myself standing along the San Gabriel River wondering how more people don't know about this spot.

The trail is paved, the water was surprisingly clear, and even on a gloomy day it felt like one of those places you'd want to come back to again and again.

What makes it even more interesting?

This DR Horton community in Georgetown is in its final phase, and some of the remaining homes back directly to the greenbelt and River corridor you'll see in the drone footage.

That's the difference between buying a house and buying a location.
