DA BRAT AND JUDY SELL THEIR JOHNS CREEK MANSION FOR $3.7 MILLION

Da Brat and her wife, Jesseca “Judy” Harris-Dupart, have sold their massive Johns Creek mansion for $3.7 million.

The couple placed the property on the market in late October 2025 for $3.599 million. After roughly 80 days on the market, the home found a buyer and went pending in January 2026.

And here’s the interesting part: there were no recorded price reductions.

The deal ultimately closed in April for $3.7 million, about $101,000 MORE than the original asking price.

The nearly 18,000-square-foot estate sits on more than six acres in the prestigious Country Club of the South and features seven bedrooms, a recording studio, home theater, indoor basketball court, swimming pool and numerous custom upgrades.

The property previously sold for $1.75 million in 2019. That means its latest $3.7 million sale price is $1.95 million higher than its 2019 purchase price. Of course, that doesn’t equal $1.95 million in profit once renovations, commissions, improvements and other ownership costs are factored in.

Still, selling an ultra-luxury home of this size for ABOVE asking after roughly 80 days on the market is a very different story from taking a major loss.
