If I had $500,000 to invest in Florida today...
..I wouldn't spend it the same way I would have three years ago.
The market has changed.
Buyers have more choice.
Some sellers are having to become more realistic.
And there are opportunities today that simply weren't available when the market was at its peak.
One thing hasn't changed though...
Buying a property because everyone else says it's a "hot area" is rarely a good strategy.
The best opportunities are usually the ones that fit **your** objectives.
Some buyers want to maximise rental income.
Some are looking for long-term capital growth.
Others want somewhere they can spend every Christmas with the family.
None of those goals are wrong.
They just require different types of property.
That's why there isn't a single "best investment" in Central Florida.
There are great opportunities across a range of budgets and communitiesโbut only if you know what you're trying to achieve before you start looking.
The buyers who do best aren't necessarily the ones with the biggest budgets.
They're the ones with the clearest plan.
๐ฌ **If you had a budget of $500,000, what would you buy?**
๐ก A luxury vacation home
๐๏ธ Two smaller investment properties
๐ด A second home for your family
I'd love to hear your thoughts.
