PLANO’S $750 MILLION HAGGARD FARM DEVELOPMENT IS TAKING SHAPE

More than $300 million has now been invested in the 142-acre mixed-use development, with construction underway on its first retail and residential projects.

🛍️ 180,000-square-foot retail village
🏠 350 apartments + 188 townhomes
🌳 Three-acre neighborhood park + hike-and-bike trails
🍽️ New farm-to-table restaurant Almanac planned
💰 More than $300 million invested so far
📅 Retail village expected to open fall 2027

The full Haggard Farm development is eventually planned to include about 200,000 square feet of retail, 700 multifamily units, a boutique hotel and up to 650,000 square feet of office space.

The project is also being designed around the property’s history. A mid-1850s house and barn preserved by the Haggard family will remain on the property and be incorporated into the development as amenities.
