One thing buyers don’t always think about is how the position of the sun, and the shadows around a property can change throughout the year.

There are online tools that can show you where shadows will fall based on the time of day and time of year, which can be really helpful if natural light, a sunny backyard, patio space, or even gardening is important to you.
