This monumental transaction, finalized on April 22, 2025, at the Barnstable Registry of Deeds, marks a pivotal moment for the community.

Spanning over 88 acres across three prime parcels at 225 and 190-R Discovery Hill Road and 116-A Kiah’s Way, Sandwich, this sale stands as the largest of its kind in decades on Cape Cod.
