One offer doesn't mean a home is sold.
This Beavercreek condo had already been listed with another Realtor and had even received an offer. Unfortunately, the deal never made it to closing.
The sellers were referred to me by a Realtor in Virginia who trusted me to help their clients here in Ohio.
After implementing a different marketing strategy and staying in close communication with buyers and agents throughout the process, we went under contract in just 7 days.
Then came the best part...
We closed just 6 days later.
