Summer block parties were held in August for our Chambersburg and Waynesboro properties. Staff and residents came out in full force showing their community spirit. Pap's Dog Stop provided hot dogs at both parties. Chambersburg enjoyed a traditional petting zoo, face painting, and some cooling off with a treat from Chillz On Wheelz. Waynesboro threw traditional out the window by hosting an exotic petting zoo, WIN was able to attend with valuable information and handouts, and Target donated some school supplies! Dietrick's Ice Cream was a delicious treat on a hot Summer night. Good time was had by all. A big thank you to all of the vendors who made these evenings special.

For this Whole Home Repair project, our general contractor, Zeiset, removed a large oak tree at the front of the property, dug up & replaced the existing sewer line, driveway & sidewalk which were all impacted by the oak tree roots, installed 2 windows in the front of the home and completed some exterior painting.

In the dog days of summer, our construction crews are plowing ahead with exterior and interior work on North Ridge. What do we most need during these hot days? Air conditioning! Check out those HVAC units on the roof. Beautiful siding and stonework goin up outside. Insulation, drywalling, and more happening inside.

We had a wonderful evening last week at Parkview Corner celebrating America's 250th Anniversary. We ate, socialized and even did a little dancing. It was a fun time had by all. And of course we had to have hot dogs at an all American summer gathering. Thanks to for this delicious picnic staple.

Progress is being made on our new property, North Ridge Senior Living located in Gettysburg, PA. The 1st picture, taken in January shows the beginning foundation and elevator shaft. Compare that with the pictures taken this month of the framed and enclosed 3 story building. There is lots of activity going on, indoors and outdoors. Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roof work, and more. Completion expected the end of 2026.
