In observance of Memorial Day, all Luminest offices will be closed Monday, May 25. We hope everyone has a fun and safe holiday. Offices will reopen Tuesday, May 26 at normal business hours.

Progress is being made on our new property, North Ridge Senior Living located in Gettysburg, PA. The 1st picture, taken in January shows the beginning foundation and elevator shaft. Compare that with the pictures taken this month of the framed and enclosed 3 story building. There is lots of activity going on, indoors and outdoors. Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roof work, and more. Completion expected the end of 2026.

The kids at our Waynesboro properties enjoyed participating in an egg hunt and craft time the beginning of the month.

The Whole Home Repair program would not be possible without the dedicated work of our local contractors.
For this 1st home, JD Builder LLC replaced the shingle roof & skylight window, replaced the A/C System, cut down a large pine tree in front yard with stump removal, & replaced 2 exhaust fans in the bathrooms.
C&J Roofing made the repairs on the 2nd home. They installed a new vinyl railing for the front porch, installed a new basement door, a new rear storm door & handrail, and completed HVAC duct cleaning & plumbing upgrades in basement.

Due to staff development, all Luminest offices will be closed on Wednesday morning, February 18th until 11:00am.

The Whole Home Repair program and contractor Prestige Renovations have made this homeowners lives a little easier with the replacement of their tub with new accessible shower and relocating the washer and dryer to the main floor. The contractor was also able to do some painting and replaced flooring in the new laundry area, plumbing and electrical upgrades, and installed a French drain at the rear corner of the home to direct water away from the foundation.
