Just finished a bathroom remodel for a previous client of mine—always rewarding to help clients beyond the transaction. One of the biggest benefits of working together is the ability to guide you through buying, selling, and renovating your home from start to finish.
With my dad, a licensed general contractor, and a trusted group of professional partners, we’re able to provide a higher level of service and guidance through every step—buying, selling, and renovating.
Here’s what we did
Preserved the Cast-Iron Tub
Instead of replacing it, we leaned into it. The original tub adds a level of charm you just can’t replicate today.
Retiled the Shower Bench
Kept the functionality but refreshed the look with clean, timeless tile.
Wallpaper Removal + Fixture Upgrade
Out with the dated wallpaper and gold fixtures…
In with a more cohesive, modern feel using brushed nickel finishes and a seamless glass shower door.
Floating Handheld Wand
A subtle upgrade that adds both function and a custom, high-end touch.
Natural Wood Vanity
Brought in warmth with a natural wood finish to balance the modern updates and keep the space inviting.
Lighting + Chandelier Upgrade
Updated lighting completely transformed the feel—brighter, more elevated, and tied everything together.
Obviously, we can't take all the credit, the homeowner had some great vision picking out the fixtures, tile, and paint.
