Ginger Carnes Massengale is a native Carolinian and a graduate of The University of South Carolina with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration; where she graduated with honors. After relocating up and down the east coast; working in logistics management and dealing in international contract negotiations for a large corporation; and, supervising operations for a Fortune 500 insurance company, Ginger found her real career passion – Real Estate. She obtained her license and practiced, initially, in Philadelphia; then in Columbia, SC; then, in Raleigh, NC. Ginger joined Weichert Realtors Southern Coast after relocating to N Myrtle Beach with her husband, Jim. Ginger’s experience in real estate and in supervising Corporate Relocations and Logistics for a Fortune 500 company gives her an added advantage in dealing with complex real estate transactions, relocations, as well as, general real estate transactions. Her experience with relocation and logistics allows Ginger to take the stress away from her clients during their most exciting and anxious time of transition into their new home.
