Of course I’m sharing this… I’m a Realtor 🤭!

Sean “Diddy” Combs, 55, stands accused of a lengthy list of crimes, including s*x trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution—and faces life in prison if he is found guilty on all charges.

The rapper’s trial begins eight months after his Sept. 16, 2024 arrest in New York, where he’s remained in a Brooklyn jail after being denied bail.

He offered his $48M Miami mansion as collateral for a $50M bond—the same home raided by Homeland Security in March. Agents also searched his $61.5M Holmby Hills estate, listed just a week before his arrest.

That 10-bed, 13-bath mansion has sat on the market since Sept. 8, raising the question: Can Combs still sell it if he’s convicted?

Yes, he can sell the property even if he serves time, but the court will likely control how the sale money is used.

Crisis manager Justin Paperny adds that Combs may push to sell quickly to gather cash, since "cash is king" in situations like this.

If convicted, the government can place a lien on the property and control the money. Offering settlement money could also help reduce his sentence, though "you can’t buy your way out of prison," Paperny notes.

Combs may need a large sum to gain leniency and might have to sell assets to cover legal fees and restitution.
