Spring update because life has been moving fast lately.🏃🏼‍♀️

Higher volume. Bigger deals. Growing team. New office.

Less sleep, more responsibility, but also a much clearer vision personally and professionally.

This season included selling my first home (4 Senate St.), purchasing another Downtown investment property, and closing 1 44th Avenue, now the highest recorded residential sale across Isle of Palms and Sullivan’s Island.🏝️

Outside of work, I’m usually at , , Sullivan’s, or Middleton Equestrian Center. Lady Bug continues to age like fine wine while still humbling me on the trails. 🐎

A lot of growth has happened quietly this season too.

More discipline. More clarity. More confidence in trusting my instincts and staying aligned with the life I’m building.

From the outside, life may look overly work focused at times, but there’s real purpose behind all of it. 💻

Real estate has never just been about houses for me. It’s always been about people, trust, and helping guide major life moments. The success is simply a byproduct of doing that well.
