🏡 686 Cain Dr is officially UNDER CONTRACT!!! 🏡✨
The night before I was leaving town, this beautiful home came on the market. My client texted me saying she had seen a “For Sale” sign in the yard of a house she absolutely loved. I immediately searched for it in the MLS… nothing. It wasn’t there yet.
I asked her for the name of the listing agent on the sign and reached out right away asking if my clients could possibly view it that evening since I was leaving early the next morning. Thankfully, she graciously allowed us to see it. In fact, the listing officially hit the MLS just TWO minutes before we arrived for the showing.
That night I stayed up late preparing the offer, sending documents for signatures, communicating with the listing agent, and making sure every detail was handled before heading to the airport before sunrise. As soon as I landed in Arizona, negotiations began. Laptop out immediately.
By that evening… my clients were officially UNDER CONTRACT on the home they had fallen in love with.
People often see the “under contract” post, but they don’t always see the behind-the-scenes effort, the late nights, early mornings, constant communication, and determination that happen to help clients secure the home they’ve dreamed about.
And truthfully… it’s never about my inconveniences. It’s always about:
✨ “What can I do to help someone get the home they truly want?” ✨
I’m beyond grateful for clients who trust me, allow me to guide them, and let me be part of such meaningful moments in their lives. Thank you for believing in me.
