Throwback Thursday 🏡
In July 2016 I sold this Hobcaw Point home (Mount Pleasant) for $695,000.
Fast forward to today and Zillow says it’s worth $2,917,800. 💵
Now in all fairness, that massive jump isn’t just the market appreciation.
My buyer client was a local custom home builder who completely renovated the property after closing, so you’re looking at a combo of his craftsmanship and years of appreciation. 🔨
I think it’s safe to say many parts of Mount Pleasant have at least doubled in value since 2020.
It’s still a great reminder of what’s possible when you buy right and invest in the right updates and location.
