Believe it or not, I'm more than just a pretty face helping clients buy and sell real estate. I do have other interests, and I think I've found my new favorite place on earth! I sold my 280z several years ago and I've missed it every day since. I stumbled across in Gastonia, NC and could not have been more impressed with their operation. Maybe there's a new Z car in my near future! If you need work done on your Z car, give them a call and ask for Clay or Tony.

Over 300 residents, a whole lot of BINGO, plenty of laughs, and one seriously fun night at Sun City Carolina Lakes.

If you haven't been in one of our classes yet with Lifelong Learning Rock Hill, you are missing out! Chloe and I introduced our newest of classes, "Break the Age Code" today with some new friends and we talked about "ageism" and how what we think about aging effects how we age. By the way, the first person who guesses it completely right will win a prize from me and Next Chapter Home Group!🤪

Why does a positive outlook on aging matter today? If you can't answer that question, go find someone who is over 75 and see what they say. You might be surprised.😉

Two closings. One day. And one pretty big first for Heather. 💛

Today was an exciting day for Next Chapter Home Group with closings in both North and South Carolina—but 6632 Wagon Oak Road will always be a special one for Heather.

It was her first listing from start to SOLD.

There were offers to navigate, decisions to make, a few closing-date curveballs and plenty of lessons along the way. But today she got to watch my seller officially close one chapter and move forward into her next.

And on the very same day, Margaret helped another family do the same in Fort Mill. Two homes. Two completely different stories. One really good day for our team.

We are incredibly grateful to the clients who trust us with these moments—and we’re going to take just a minute to celebrate Heather’s first. 🥂
