The trend in the Charlotte market continues through April 2026 where we’re seeing new listings rise but also pending sales rising however closed sales is down almost 3% and days on market are up to almost 2 months at 56 days. The average sales price to continues to rise although slightly at .7% and so does our inventory of homes now peaking over three months worth at 3.2
