Congratulations to my client who is now my friend/homeboy! Let me tell you, we met last week and he got under contract today! He told me he wasn't sure if he was ready....I said im not trying to hear that nonsense! I showed him one townhome that had what he was looking for. The bonus is he's getting a finished basement...under $300K!

Soooo excited for my clients that are now my very close friends. Met my client's who visited last year (thanks for the referrals Sharon Freshwater ) I love you!. She was just visiting and said she was going to move here in a couple of years.

Well long story short, I mentioned to see what the market looks like in regards to jobs and I'll show you some homes so I can see your wants and needs.

God is so good! My client got an offer 2 months after leaving Charlotte..perfect job and salary! She flew back and I found her family a 5 bedrooms beautiful new construction home and checked off ALL of her boxes.

I Love what I do and passionate about it!
