Waiving the inspection to win an offer is not a win. It’s a liability! 💯 It’s only an option if you want a client reaching out to you 6 months down the road blaming you for foundation issues, or a leak that would’ve been uncovered during a routine home inspection. Because buyers will do just that, And they will expect you to give them some of that commission you already spent. 💵😊
