Last week, Team New Forum x Concorde Construction Co. hit the sand for the Six on Six Volleyball Tournament and brought the energy all day long.

Happy Gene Day! 🍓

Today we’re celebrating Gene Bodycott, whose impact on New Forum and Ayrsley is still felt every day.

As co-founder and former EVP & Broker-in-Charge, Gene helped shape communities across Charlotte and Fort Mill, but more importantly, he helped build a culture rooted in relationships, kindness, and showing up for people.

Even in retirement, you’ll still find Gene around Ayrsley, at events, and stopping by the office, always bringing the same warmth he’s known for.

If you’ve met him, you know
he’s someone you just like.

This morning, our New Forum team carried on one of Gene’s favorite traditions, delivering strawberries to our Ayrsley tenants to say thank you. 🍓

Great night out with our crew and our sister company, Concorde Construction Co.! 🏒🍻

We headed to the Charlotte Checkers game on Wednesday for some hockey, good food, and even better company. While the Checkers didn’t take home the win, we definitely did when it came to team bonding and having a great time together.

Grateful for moments like these with an even better group of people!

First Quarter T3 Wrap Up! We had a blast over the last few weeks taking place in several community service projects! 📣

In February, teams from New Forum, Concorde Construction, and The Dorchester & The Manor represented T3 at the Cupid's Cup 5K! Participants had a blast walking/running to benefit the Atrium Health Sanger Heart & Vascular Institute (a cause near and dear to our "hearts") ❤️

Just the other week, volunteers spent the morning sorting, inspecting, and loading pallets of donated items for Second Harvest Food Bank. It was a wonderful bonding opportunity and a great workout - and we are so grateful for this continued opportunity to give back! 🥕

We also had the privilege of hosting the first annual Good Gathering - a celebration of generosity, philanthropy, and community service with a special look back at all of the fun we had serving the community in 2024! Those who donated or volunteered their time to a T3 cause were invited join in on the fun 🎉

T3 is working hard to secure more volunteer opportunities throughout 2025 for all who are interested in taking part - stay tuned for more exciting announcements! 🤩

New Forum and Concorde Construction hosted their annual Carowinds staff outing recently. This was a great time for our staff to spend time with each other outside of work, have fun with friends and family, and enjoy a little "thank you" for all that they do!

We are so grateful to have such phenomenal staff on our team, and for the opportunity to connect with their loved ones. Thank you to all who came out, thank you to for hosting us, and thank you for all of those who donated to our event! , , , , , , , , , , , and NFP!

Over the last several months, team members from New Forum have been working on a playground renovation project for the Howard Levine Child Development Center at Renaissance West. On Friday, groups from New Forum and Concorde Construction gathered at the school to breathe life into this exciting reimagining of the outdoor garden and playground. Wooden elements were restored, garden beds were refreshed, and new toys and furniture sets were distributed. We are so proud of the end result and hope that the children (and teachers!) enjoy the refurbishments for years to come.

Last Monday, members of the T3 Initiative (from both New Forum and Concorde Construction) visited the Classroom Central Headquarters with a MOUNTAIN of donated items to celebrate the end of the 9 School Tools Supply Drive! With an original goal of $3,000, we are beaming with pride to announce that this initiative went above and beyond and raised $8,744.73! We are so grateful for the time, effort, and generosity that our tenants, vendors, coworkers, and Ayrsley community members that played a part in this wonderful inaugural effort - THANK YOU!
