Building a custom home for the first time can feel overwhelming, but they approached the process thoughtfully, stayed disciplined with their budget, and made smart decisions along the way. By consistently coming in under budget, they created room to splurge on the details that mattered most to them, like lots designer lighting and an outdoor grill station. They even have plans to add a pool later this year!
