Please join us in congratulating Victoria, Assistant Manager at Legacy Arboretum, on being honored with the Q3 GCI Heroes Award for exemplifying our company value, We See The Big Picture. 🎉
The GCI Heroes Nomination is designed to recognize team members who consistently exceed the expectations of the five GCI Values and elevate them through their actions. Employees are nominated when they go significantly above and beyond in delivering exceptional customer service, surpassing leasing metrics, stepping in to create a “save-the-day experience”, or fostering a positive and welcoming environment for their coworkers beyond the scope of their job descriptions.
While many of our team members embody our values each day, GCI Heroes shine a spotlight on those who take those values to the next level—demonstrating initiative, accountability, and an unwavering commitment to creating exceptional places to live and work. A true GCI Hero doesn’t just meet expectations; they rise above them and inspire others through their leadership and impact.
Congratulations, Victoria!
