🏡 ☺️ It’s been a little over a month since my last post—but I’ve still been working hard behind the scenes! 🔑🎉

My last post was about a month ago! I’m excited to return with another successful closing for my wonderful clients!

We previously went under contract on another house, but after carefully evaluating the neighborhood and location, we realized it wasn’t the right fit for their family. Instead of settling, we walked away and continued searching.

That decision paid off! They found a much better home and received:

✅ $8,500 in seller concessions
✅ $2,500 repair credit
✅ New quartz countertops
✅ New stainless-steel appliances
✅ New luxury vinyl plank flooring
✅ Fresh carpet, paint, and updated lighting
✅ And so much more!

That’s $11,000 in negotiated concessions and repair credits!

🏡🔥 ANOTHER ONE UNDER CONTRACT IN CHARLOTTE! 🔑

This one was NOT easy to get.

There were negotiations, numbers going back and forth, financing details to work through, and plenty happening behind the scenes…

But we stayed patient.
We kept pushing.
We kept looking for a way to make the deal work.

And now… WE GOT IT DONE. 🙌🏽🏡

🚗 REALTOR LIFE: THE PART PEOPLE DON’T SEE 🏡

People think being a Realtor is just opening doors, writing offers, and taking closing pictures.

Reality?

A huge part of the job is DRIVING. 😂

Especially when representing buyers.

One showing can be 45 minutes away.
The next one might be another hour in the opposite direction.
Then you’re taking calls, negotiating offers, answering questions, checking listings, and planning the next stop from the car.

Some days, your car basically becomes your office.

And yes, we still drive for listing appointments, inspections, photos, open houses, repairs, and seller meetings too.

Real estate is rarely 9 to 5.

It can be 7 days a week.

Morning showings.
Afternoon appointments.
Evening negotiations.
Weekend road trips.

But when a client says…

“I think I found the one.”

You already know the answer:
