We're pleased to announce the successful sale of Kimmerly Glen, a 260-home community in Charlotte, NC.

This transaction generated a double-digit IRR, unlocked approximately $9 million for tax-efficient reinvestment, and reflects Ginkgo REIT's disciplined approach to creating long-term shareholder value through active asset management.

While ownership has changed, we're excited to continue serving the community through third-party management and begin a new partnership with Ascent Housing. We look forward to building on the strong foundation at Kimmerly Glen and continuing to provide exceptional service to our residents.

It’s safe to say we’re kind of a big dill. 🥒😉

📊 Budget Bootcamp is in the books! 💪Our Property Managers came together in Charlotte for two days of learning, collaboration, and planning as we prepare for a successful 2027. From diving into the budgeting process and sharpening our financial planning skills to sharing ideas and learning from one another, our teams put in the work to build a strong foundation for the year ahead.

Of course, Budget Bootcamp wasn’t all spreadsheets and numbers! 🏓 We wrapped up day one with some well-deserved fun at Tipsy Pickle, complete with pickleball, pool, darts, a golf simulator, and plenty of friendly competition.

Here’s to taking what we learned, putting it into action, and making 2027 our best year yet! 💚
