🍹 Community is Coming to Life at Epcon Communities Charlotte - The Courtyards at Walters Farm! 🏡

Yesterday, we hosted a wonderful Happy Hour Pot Luck at our Walters Farm model home, and it was one of those evenings that reminds us what the Epcon lifestyle is truly all about. ❤️

With more than a dozen homeowners already closed and moved into their new homes, and a couple dozen more neighbors currently building their forever dream homes, something really special is happening at Walters Farm.

Yesterday, we had the opportunity to watch homeowners and future homeowners meet one another for the first time, share stories, laugh, enjoy some great food, and begin building the friendships that make a neighborhood feel like home.

And this is just the beginning!

As Walters Farm continues to grow, so will the opportunities to gather, connect and enjoy life together. With groundbreaking for our new amenities center right around the corner, we’re excited to see even more opportunities for our active adult residents to connect, relax and enjoy the lifestyle they envisioned.
