Born and raised in the Charlottesville area, Jessica Saadut is the daughter of home builder and developer Mike Gaffney. Being exposed to the housing industry at a young age provided the foundation for a lifelong interest in houses and design. After graduating from Albemarle High School, Jessica attended Christopher Newport University for her BA in Communications and Ohio University for her Masters in Media & Communications. Jessica Saadut joined her father in real estate after eight years in event planning at a local country club, and five years prior to that in the restaurant and service industry. It was a natural transition to real estate since she already had the ability and skill set needed to juggle and multi-task the many aspects of buying and selling. Her experience managing and coordinating also helped her with a better understanding of the Charlottesville community. A solid background in contracts, scheduling, and organizational details, Jessica provides down-to-earth and reliable guidance for her customers throughout the home ownership process. Her personal experiences with the Charlottesville housing market have helped define her approach to providing quality services.
